What is the easiest United States med school to get into? Which one has the highest acceptance rates?
I need to know what med school a dumb ass can get into. But the med school has to be based in the US. I know no school with take a low GPA and low MCAT score. But from all the US med schools which ones are the easiest to get into relatively speaking?

McDonalds Gastro-Intestinal University
None of them as far as I know. There are just too many applicants and not enough openings. Most schools only take 100-150 in a class and they get thousands of applications.
You will have to go out of the country to find lower standards.
Any branch of the military. Thats a cheap and easy way to get a medical education.
Med schools in the U.S. are unlike every other type of grad school in how they admit people. This probably has something to do with how high the stakes are for graduating an incompetent doctor, as opposed to an incompetent lawyer or an incompetent Norwegian Literature academic. So you’ll notice that med schools across the board have very high standards for admissions, while there are enough law schools and backwater state colleges to pretty much admit anyone who applies. So as you so eloquently put it, there really are no med schools a ‘dumb___’ can get into
You can input your MCAT scores here and see what kind of results you get : http://www.studentdoc.com/medfind.html
I’ll keep humor, etc. behind and answer this seriously…
Here is a list of Med. School rankings as I don’t have adequate time at the moment to go through my bookmarks and give you one school (in particular) that will permit you to be lax. You certainly do not want to go to the schools that I attended, so on that note, have a look at the following:

Good Luck
Relatively Speaking the size of the program – affects competitiveness of admission. There are no statistics available on the easiest school to get into.
In any case no Medical School is easy to get into as you probably know. Your best chances are to prepare yourself well for the interview.
There is a great article on the methodology of acceptance found here:
http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/about/08med_meth_brief.php
There are approximately 81,749 students at any one time enrolled in America’s 147 medical schools. Each year this unique body of talented and diverse individuals is revitalized with approximately 20,884 women and men chosen from more than 47,100 applicants.
These medical students are highly qualified, having fulfilled exacting science requirements and achieved excellent grade point averages and MCAT scores.
With more than twice as many applicants as there are seats, how do medical schools decide whom to accept?
Four criteria are used to evaluate applicants:
Grade point average
MCAT scores
Letters of recommendation
Interviews – often the determining factor in accepting or rejecting candidates.

I have heard really good things about admissions consulting. These consultants probably also have a good idea of what schools you would have the best shot at – check out this web site for more info: http://www.judycolwell.com/
I hopet his helps!
