It depends if the courses that you would be taking in college, are ones that you would be able to do. There are a lot of different ones that don’t allow you to do it without the high school equivalency in that course being done.

Medical school is 4 years AFTER a bachelors–taking courses in high school from a college won’t shorten your medical school career at all. It may slightly shorten you time getting a bachelors however.
