I have heard that the state of florida has something in place like that. Other than that. No, you must graduate from an Accredited PA program in order to become nationally certified.

You won’t be able to work as a Physician Assistant. You wouldn’t be able to work as a PA if you were a graduate of a US medical school. It has nothing to do with abilities or skills–it’s purely a political decision made decades ago. I don’t like it, but they aren’t letting me run the show.
